Adult Class Times

 

 

Monday 

  • 6:30pm to 8:30pm  "Kimono/GI Class"
  • Warm up,Technical Jiu Jitsu and drills, finishing with  free training. All students are required to wear Kiomono (GI). 

Wednesday

  • 6:30pm to 8:30pm  "Kimono/GI Class"
  •  Warm up, Technical jiu jitsu and drills, finishing with some free training.All students will be required to wear a kimono. (gi)  

Tuesday *NEW CLASS*

  • 5:45pm to 6:30pm "Cardio only class"
  • A fitness class using a range of eqipment, this class is a gret way to stay in shape the jiu jitsu way.

Friday 

  • 6:30pm to 8:30pm "Comp 'N' Cardio"  kimono/GI & NO GI
  • (Comp traning) Class starts with a warm up then gi and NOGI  rounds finishing with  cardio traning students are required to wear GI/Kimono and NOGI (shorts/t-shirt). 

 

Saturdays

  • 3:00pm to 5:00pm  "Open mat"  Kimono/gi & NO GI
  • The Saturday class is an open mat class and a great time to go over some of the things you have learned or missed during the week.

                         *** At Cherubin Jiu Jitsu we do not use lock in contracts ***

Children’s Class Times

At Cherubin Jiu Jitsu Academy we have a great Childerns's program starting from 5 years all the way to 14 years old.  In a Kids class they will streach out, do a warm up, drill some jiu jitsu skills and free roll with other students all in a safe and clean enviroment. we understand the importance of a fit and healthy life style for young kids, We pass these habits on to the kids as thay learn importent life and self-defense skills in a non violent way. If you dont want you child to learn to punch and kick someone to solve there problams then Cherubin Jiu Jitsu is for you, Come in or contact us for more Infomation. 

CJJA KIDS CLASS TIMES

The Cherubin Jiu Jitsu Academy is located at 3, Victoria st, South Geelong (just of Fyans st)  only a five a minute walk from the south Geelong train station and a short drive to the CBD, the Academy is only %100 jiu jitsu academy in Geelong and the only jiu jitsu Academy In Geelong to be run by a Peter de Been Black Belt (Daniel Cherubin).  Daniel has received all his belts (white to black) from peter over the past 16 years and has a great understanding of jiu jitsu and the life style behind it. Daniel is still active in compititions in Australia and overseas He is the current 2009/10 Tokyo Int. Jiu Jiutsu cup champion and also place 3rd in the open division as well as the Current Victorian Champion 2010. At the CJJA we Know you can be a champion to the first step is to get  on the mat, So to reach you potential and become part Geelongs great Jiu Jitsu team please contact Daniel or pop in  for a look and a FREE FIRST WEEK, all new members are welcome, Hope to see you on the mat soon.

New New rage balls at CJJA

At CJJA we are all ways on the look out for new and cool stuff to get you fit so you can train longer and better. The newest thing to the academy are the rage balls, The rage ball is like a big soft med ball that you can throw, slam, roll, lift, and do pritty much anything with they realt tax your cardio and get you felling great.

There great for warming up or cooling down after a hard jiu jitsu session.
